These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Member" or "you") and km914 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at km914.app (the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 or older. km914 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Platform is directed at adult users who choose to access online gaming services from their location. km914 does not represent or warrant that the Services are legal or available in any specific jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from any affiliated gaming service;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of km914 or any of its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories;
• Any person who has previously had an Account closed by km914 for breach of this Agreement.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. km914 relies on the information you provide; any inaccuracy that results in harm to the Company or to other users may constitute grounds for Account suspension.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, km914 may close all associated Accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances or pending winnings across those Accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. km914 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify km914 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

km914 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to approving any withdrawal. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM);
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or GoPay account displaying your name).

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request will result in that request being placed on hold until verification is complete. km914 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a Member's use of the Platform, not only at the time of withdrawal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

km914 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bank transfer to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet transfers via GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum deposit limit, although km914 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large or unusual deposit transactions.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 60 seconds under normal banking conditions. E-wallet deposits via GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited instantly. km914 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility & Processing

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as your km914 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Verified Members (KYC complete) may expect withdrawal processing within 5 to 20 minutes for amounts up to Rp 50.000.000 under normal operating conditions. Larger amounts may require additional verification and may take up to one business day.

4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, km914 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding Bonus Funds from the withdrawal amount before processing.

4.6 Own Funds Declaration

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment account used. km914 operates an active anti-money laundering (AML) programme and will report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

km914 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other incentives to Members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible game types, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds (or the combined deposit and bonus amount) before a withdrawal is eligible. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means that Rp 1.000.000 must be wagered on qualifying markets before the bonus converts.

5.3 Abuse & Exploitation

km914 reserves the right to withhold or revoke any bonus and to suspend or close an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk; using automated betting tools; or any other behaviour that km914 determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes exploitation of the promotion system.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

km914 runs seasonal campaigns aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, the 17 August Independence Day, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Specific terms for these campaigns are published at the time of the promotion and supersede general bonus terms where they conflict.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and to km914's prevailing odds. km914 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet is placed after an event has commenced without in-play betting being available; the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; or there is suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns. Settled results are final unless an error is identified within 72 hours of settlement.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are conducted in real time by certified dealers in licensed studios. All results are final once the round is closed and confirmed by the dealer. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not void the bet; the outcome as recorded by the game server is binding. In the event of a confirmed studio malfunction, km914 will apply the game provider's voiding policy.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and random number generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by independently audited software operated by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed by the respective game provider. km914 does not influence individual game outcomes.

6.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) pools available on km914 operate on published draw schedules. Results are taken from official draw sources for each pool (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and local pools). km914 is not responsible for delays or changes to draw schedules caused by the pool operator.

6.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product, market, and game type. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product interface at the time of placing a bet. km914 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where necessary.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform if you are a Prohibited Person;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any valid deposit transaction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing km914 staff or other Members;
• Any conduct that km914 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the km914 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, text, graphics, user interface design, game titles, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of km914 or its licensors. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of km914.

Game content (including slot graphics, live casino streams, and sports data) is owned by the respective game studios and data providers. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is prohibited and may expose the infringing party to claims from both km914 and the relevant rights holder.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

km914 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. km914 shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of anticipated winnings — arising from such interruptions.

9.2 Betting Losses

km914 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Platform. All bets are placed voluntarily, and the Member accepts full responsibility for their wagering decisions.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including game studios, live dealer providers, payment processors, and sports data feeds. km914 is not responsible for errors, failures, or misconduct originating with any third-party provider, although the Company will use reasonable endeavours to resolve such issues on behalf of affected Members.

9.4 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km914's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

km914 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. km914 applies 256-bit TLS encryption to all data transmitted through the Platform and maintains internal access controls to limit exposure of Member data to authorised personnel only.

km914 may share Member data with third parties where required by law, for the purposes of KYC and AML compliance, or with game studios and payment processors to the extent necessary to deliver the Services. km914 does not sell Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gaming

km914 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of 12 months.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km914 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably through the km914 support channel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits km914's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent irreparable harm.
